Keto Chocolate Mousse is one of the great kept recipes, deliciously fluffy and perfect for a keto summer dessert. This will be your new favorite chocolate mousse recipe, I guarantee it! oh… and it’s also Low Carb… but you probably already guessed that.
- 8 oz Cream Cheese 250g
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- 1/2 large Avocado pitted
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer.
Slowly add the avocado, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and erythritol until smooth. This should take around 5 mins.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Place the whipped cream in the chocolate mixture and gently fold.
Place the chocolate mousse in a piping bag (or Ziploc bag and cut the corner) and press into cups.
