Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Keto Condensed Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Erythritol (SoNourished) Granulated
- one Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C (425F).

Line a ramekin with butter.

Melt the butter, Erythritol and Keto Condensed Milk together in a small saucepan (or microwave).

Remove from the heat and add cocoa powder, vanilla extract and the egg. Mix together well.

Pour the ingredients into your ramekin, and place into the oven for 12 minutes. The top will still be soft. Let it stand for 1 minute, invert on a plate and serve with keto ice cream or berries of your choice.
