Cook Time: 20 Mins | Prep Time: 10 Mins | Total Time: 30 Mins | This Recipe Makes : 4 Servings
Per Serving(130g) : 360 Calories | 25 g Fat | 0.5 g Carbohydrates | 33 g Protein
- 500 g Beef Mince Ground Beef
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Corriander chopped (cilantro)
Preheat your oven to 180C (355 F)
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients with the ground beef
Roll them into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (baking paper)
Cook for 20 mins, turning every 10 mins until desired.
Alternatively, Pan fry the meatballs. (Cover with a lid to capture the heat all around).
