The ketogenic diet is one that enables you to feel in control of your eating habits and usually leads to eating keto meatballs for dinner, instead of a snack.

Keto Meatballs are a fantastic recipe for a sneaky snack or the whole family. They are a little zesty, and can be eaten by themselves, or mixed in with your favorite tomato sauce as a spaghetti meatball dinner dish. You are going to love making this meatball recipe.

Cuisine:  Keto / Low Carb | Gluten Free
Cook Time: 20 Mins  | Prep Time: 10 Mins | Total Time: 30 Mins |  This Recipe Makes : 4 Servings 
Per Serving(130g) : 360 Calories | 25 g Fat | 0.5 g Carbohydrates  |  33 g Protein

Ingredinets

  • 500 g Beef Mince Ground Beef
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Corriander chopped (cilantro)



Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (355 F)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients with the ground beef
  3. Roll them into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (baking paper)
  4. Cook for 20 mins, turning every 10 mins until desired.
  5. Alternatively, Pan fry the meatballs. (Cover with a lid to capture the heat all around).
