Spring’s a great time to appreciate a Pork Meatballs with Garlic Yoghurt Dip, but it’s generally so tasty that it could be good all year round. As a result of this, these meatballs with Garlic Yoghurt Dip are Low Carb as well as Keto. I’m so excited to share this easy keto recipe with you.
- 500 g Pork mince 1 lb
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream Pure Cream
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Worchester sauce
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dried Dill (optional)
Preheat your oven to 180C (355F)
In a large mixing bowl, add all the meatball ingredients and mix around with clean hands.
Place baking paper into a large baking tray.
Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out a portion, and roll into balls
Bake for 10 mins, flip them over and bake for another 10-15 mins until cooked all the way through
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, crushed garlic, salt and dill. Serve with the meatballs and enjoy.
