Per Serving: 326 Calories | 27 g Fat | 4 g Carbohydrates | 26 g Protein

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 500 g Pork mince 1 lb
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream Pure Cream
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Worchester sauce

Garlic Yogurt

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Dill (optional)



Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (355F)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all the meatball ingredients and mix around with clean hands.
  3. Place baking paper into a large baking tray.
  4. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out a portion, and roll into balls
  5. Bake for 10 mins, flip them over and bake for another 10-15 mins until cooked all the way through
  6. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, crushed garlic, salt and dill. Serve with the meatballs and enjoy.
