Keto Panna Cotta is a deliciously creamy Italian dessert that has a rich vanilla taste with a splash of hydrating berries to top off the experience. Prep Time: 10 Mins | Cook Time: 20 Mins | This Recipe Makes : 2 Servings 
Per Serving(230g) : 631 Calories | 63 g Fat | 4 g Carbohydrates  | 6.5 g Protein

Ingredinets

  • 1.5 Cups thickened cream
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean or 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Gelatine

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, erythritol and cream in a medium saucepan.
  2. Using a sharp knife, split the vanilla bean in half lengthways and scrap out seeds with the back of the knife.
  3. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from the heat and remove the vanilla bean.
  4. While the mixture is still warm, add the gelatine and mix in thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into 2 ramekins and refrigerate overnight.
  6. To remove, place ramekins in hot water for 1 minute, then flip upside down onto a plate. Cover with berries.
