Ingredinets
- 1.5 Cups thickened cream
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)
- 1 tsp vanilla bean or 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Gelatine
Instructions

Combine milk, erythritol and cream in a medium saucepan.

Using a sharp knife, split the vanilla bean in half lengthways and scrap out seeds with the back of the knife.

Slowly bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from the heat and remove the vanilla bean.

While the mixture is still warm, add the gelatine and mix in thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into 2 ramekins and refrigerate overnight.

To remove, place ramekins in hot water for 1 minute, then flip upside down onto a plate. Cover with berries.
