This Keto Panna Cotta recipe is one of the best desserts to have during Summer. This will be your new favorite berry Panna Cotta Recipe, especially because it’s deliciously Low Carb.
- 1.5 Cups thickened cream
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Erythritol (SoNourished)
- 1 tsp vanilla bean or 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Gelatine
Combine milk, erythritol and cream in a medium saucepan.
Using a sharp knife, split the vanilla bean in half lengthways and scrap out seeds with the back of the knife.
Slowly bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from the heat and remove the vanilla bean.
While the mixture is still warm, add the gelatine and mix in thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into 2 ramekins and refrigerate overnight.
To remove, place ramekins in hot water for 1 minute, then flip upside down onto a plate. Cover with berries.
